Vishal Kumar Singh is a practicing advocate in Delhi. He holds a B.B.A.-LL.B. degree from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi as well as a Masters in Corporate and Commercial Laws from Amity University, Gurugram, Haryana. Through his extensive work in the criminal justice system, he has found that many people, for whom these laws are enacted, frequently struggleto understand the legal language. This lack of understanding often ends in serious problems as they remain unaware of their rights and responsibilities. To bridge this gap, he wrote this book with the goal of simpliying legal concepts for a common man.
